Is my quote price fixed?

Provided that there are no structural issues or anything we were not made aware of during the quoting process, the quote price shouldn't differ.

We are totally transparent with our quotes and we communicate clearly with the customer if any issues arise that could inflate the quoted price.

How long can a job take?

If it is a simple job, we can usually complete it within a day.

For more complex jobs such as kitchen and bathroom installations, provided we don't run into any problems out of our control, we expect it to be a 2 week round turn.

How long is your waitlist?

We are usually booked up 2-3 months in advance for kitchen and bathroom installations.

When can I expect a reply for my quote request?

Provided that your area code is within our work range, we should reply to you within 24 hours.

During busier times please allow up to 1 week.
